Multishift operations
Order pickers are often used in 2 to 3-shift operations. Lithium-ion battery technology is highly suitable as it allows for opportunity charging. This eliminates the need to change batteries during the day, maximising overall productivity rates.
Most of the Toyota Optio order pickers come with:

- Lithium-ion technology for fast charging, opportunity charging and high energy efficiency
Chilled or frozen areas
Toyota's order pickers can be fully engineered for cold store use. For applications with temperatures down to -30°C, order picker trucks require cold store oil and heated batteries when using Lithium-ion. In all other respects they are pre-engineered for cold stores with fully sealed components.
