Yes, you can use campaigns on used trucks. One thing you have to remember, is that used trucks are not structured the same way as new trucks. While you can have a campaign on "LWI160" on new trucks, this is not possible for used trucks. For used trucks, you have to add the campaign on either of these levels:
*To find the right used truck in EPI, you can easily search in the catalog. Either search for the "machine number" or the "used number" found in the URL of the product page.
Yes, all discounts have the possibility to add promotion codes.
When using promotion codes, the discount will not be active until the promotion code is redeemed in the cart.

If you have a campaign that should not be visible/accessible for everyone, you can use promotion codes. Some example for when to use promotion codes:
If you have an open campaign for all customers, we advise you to use "Discount on product" with a visible, red campaign price. To avoid unwanted discount, please use with care and try not to combine with other discounts.
Yes, all campaigns work the same way on accessories as on trucks.
Accessories needs to be handled with care, since it requires manual price changes from Parts in M3. The price will not be inserted into M3 automatically. Please discuss with your local Parts department before using campaigns on accessories.
When a product don't have any options or add-ons, you can use "fixed price". If you use the fixed price discount on a product with options, the price will not be adjusted based on the choices made.
We do recommend you to use fixed price mainly for used trucks.
